This is to inform all concerned that Mr. Md. Monirul Islam Shamim (former Head of Accounts & SVP), formerly serving as SAVP, Accounts Department, has closed with the company effective 03 February 2026.

Accordingly, all valued customers, business partners, well-wishers, and other stakeholders are requested not to conduct any official business, financial transactions, or company-related communications with him on behalf of the company from the above-mentioned date.

Please be advised that any communication, commitment, representation, or financial transaction made with Mr. Md. Monirul Islam Shamim in relation to the company's affairs after 03 February 2026 shall be entirely at the discretion and risk of the concerned party. The company shall not be responsible or liable for any such dealings.
