Invitation for Expression of Interest for Nomination to the Board of Directors of People’s Leasing And Financial Services Limited (PLFSL).

In compliance with the directions of the Hon’ble Court and pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors, People’s Leasing And Financial Services Limited (PLFSL) is in the process of expanding and strengthening its Board by including eligible representatives from among the Sponsors/Shareholders of the Company.

Accordingly, all interested Sponsors/Shareholders who are willing to serve as a Director on the Board of PLFSL are cordially invited to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for consideration.

The Expression of Interest should include:
1. Full name and contact details of the applicant;
2. Shareholding position in PLFSL with supporting evidence;
3. A brief profile highlighting educational qualifications, professional experience, and expertise;
4. A declaration confirming eligibility to serve as a director under the applicable laws, regulations, and the Company’s Articles of Association; and
5. Any other relevant information or documents that may assist the Board in evaluating the candidature.

Submission of an Expression of Interest shall not automatically entitle any applicant to appointment as a Director. All applications will be reviewed and considered in accordance with the directions of the Hon’ble Court, applicable regulatory requirements, and the decision of the competent authority.
