People’s Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFS) is a Finance Company regulated by Bangladesh Bank. The company is undergoing reconstruction process by the order of the Honorable High Court Division of the Supreme Court.

We are seeking for Expression of Interest from reputed Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm for conducting audit of both the entities on the transactions incurred between Parent Company (People’s Leasing And Financial Services Limited-PLFSL) and its subsidiary (PLFS Investment Ltd.) from 2009 to 2019.

Purpose of the audit:  To ascertain actual claims and counterclaims between the two companies by identifying and confirming the amount of about Tk.105 Cr which was disbursed by PLFSL to PLFS Investment Ltd during the said period as a loan for doing share business.

Scope of audit: As per audit plan of CA Firm.

Interested Chartered Accountant (CA)  Firms are requested to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to People’s Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFSL), Paramount Heights, Level-12, 65/2/1, Box Culvert Road, Purana Paltan, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh by November 15, 2025.
