The Honorable High Court Company Bench has directed the four (04) former Directors and other defaulter borrowers to pay the outstanding loan liabilities to People’s Leasing and Financial Services Ltd. within six months. The total dues to them are Tk. 2,800 crore as per the report of the Forensic Audit conducted by MABS & J Partners Chartered Accountants, among which Tk. 1,450 crore is owed to four (04) former Directors. We are in the recovery process of these assets.
